To help prevent tampering, LifeMed has closed circuit cameras to observe our hangers, medication storage room, heliports, aircraft and ramps, which are monitored 24/7 by communication specialists.

Each flight is tracked in multiple ways through the use of Sky Connect, Flight Vector, Radar 24 and Flight Aware 24 hours a day through our Dispatch Center. This allows us to always know where our aircraft is and when it will arrive at its destination. Dispatchers maintain contact through Radio and Satellite commutations with each aircraft.

Each aircraft is equipped with multiple VHF and 800 MHz frequencies as well as satellite phone to ensure medical crews have access to medical control anywhere they are at any time.
