UAA LIFEMED SCHOLARSHIP
Purpose
The purpose of the UAA LifeMed Alaska Scholarship is to offer financial assistance for tuition and other educational expenses to students who are formally admitted into a Nursing degree-seeking program at the University of Alaska Anchorage or Paramedic Technology at Kenai Peninsula or Mat-Su College.

Legacy
The LifeMed Alaska Scholarship was created in honor of pilot Lance Brabham, flight nurse John Stumpff and flight paramedic Cameron Carter – Providence LifeGuard crew members aboard a fatal helicopter crash in December 2007. Although the accident predates LifeMed Alaska and did not involve any of our current vendors, it is an important part of our institutional memory and psyche.
If you are interested in donating to the scholarship fund, please select "Other," then reference LifeMed Scholarship in the area requesting additional information or specifics about your gift.
